I did not know about not using starting fluid in diesels. and thanks for the info. ill have to check on the block color though. as far as i can remember it was dirty oil black.
Ok ive got an 82 suburban with a diesel engine in it. the only way i can get it to kick over is to give it a little starting fluid. once i get it going it will start by itself again. But once it sits overnight. it wont start again. any ideas?
I have an 82 suburban that has a rear tailgate with a power window in it that is giving me problems. Im wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to get rid of the tailgate and put the double doors back there. any info would be greatly appreciated.
The least exspensive way would be the 4 to 1 or 4.7 to 1. You almost get the same crawl ratio with the 4.7 as two stock dual cases. But as WJ ZUK said you have to modify both drivelines for the dual case. But i say save for the duals. I love mine.
