I wouldn't want to be the guys diving in that river. That would be some rough going. I'm also glad that someone came forward after they realized what a big deal this was. Tossing it in the river in the first place was a bonehead move, but this was a big deal for the people of that area.
Okay, I'm not sure he is okay with me advertising him. Reason is he works full time now in a competely seperate industry and does this on the side as a passion, and not to pay the bills. But I will ask him.

Thanks for the responses. The fit and finish is a major concern of mine. I have a request into my local hot rod shop as well, but seem to be getting strung along. This is an ambitious project for sure.
