The stock steering is really close to the leaf spring because the steering arm on the driver side wraps around behind the shock. I tried it with the flip kit but it wasn't even close to fitting

So I cut my old u bolts off the front axle of my 85 4Runner intending to do a u bolt flip kit when afterwards I realized I had to do hi steer to facilitate that. I'm not wanting to do hi steer yet so I need factory size replacement u bolts and am having a hell of a time finding them locally or...

rholbrook. I think I'll take you up on that offer. I'll get the seals from Honda I guess? And I'll need fork oil? What else shall I bring other than some diet coke? When should we commence operation fork seal? Thanks for your help! And should I just bring the forks or the whole bike?

Caleb, I would like to know how to do it myself, and I'm pretty mechanically inclined, so I'll probably take your advice. Do you get the seals for a good price? I would be up for some experienced accompaniment if you're bored one night soon. Let me know about the seals and I think I'll tackle...

That's the plan. I'm hoping to spend a lot of time riding this year so I'll always be up for a trip! Been out of the game for a couple years but I'm stoked to have a bike again. I will be going out quite a bit with pelygroso on here so let us know when the next trip is and we'll be there!

Just bought an 02 crf 450 that needs fork seals. Wondering if anybody knows of an inexpensive motorcycle mechanic, or someone who's got experience with these to either help me out or that I could pay to replace them. I'm in Lehi, so the closer the better. Thanks!

idling in neutral clutch out it runs fine, idling in neutral clutch in it dies, same when in gear. i can still drive it if i just bump the gas pedal when i push in the clutch and dont hold the clutch in while i am at a stop. and i do have cruise which doesnt work, but the vacumn leak theory...

if you are talking about the clutch start cancel switch i dont have one on my rig. if you are talking about something else i am not familiar with it.

my clutch has been giving me some problems lately since i came back from moab and cant figure out what it is. its and 85 fuel injected 4-runner and what is happening is when it is warm and i push the clutch in the truck dies. it runs and drives great otherwise, idles fine, shifts fine, but...
