WARN PREMIUM HUBS or SUPERWINCH HUBS

well I found out what the noise was. Its the half shaft and not the hubs. The hub is engaging just fine, and the cv boot is torn (has been for a few months) and has spattered all the grease out now. The stress of being locked in makes the cv joints "clack clack clack" and hopefully they will...

WARN PREMIUM HUBS or SUPERWINCH HUBS

WARN PREMIUM HUBS or SUPERWINCH HUBS

The 92 Rodeo comes with Aisin manual locking hubs. Are these the same that are on Toys? So should I just stick with these instead of going with Warns? I just figured that if Aisins were the factory, then Warns would be better....not true? thanks also, independent4x sells a set of...

    Coutn me in!

heyyeah, Grass Valley is northeast of Sacramento and far enough to avoid the smog and all the happenings of the large dirty crime infested happnins over there (can you tell I dont really like Sac). It is kinda a small town, but growing. Many yuppies are "cashing in" in the Bay Area and buying...

92 Isuzu Rodeo Front Solid Axle Conversion

hey there. I wasnt for sure thinking of a Toy axle, but, they are readily available, and can be tweaked pretty far, and everyone knows them. But I do not have enough experience with SAS's to know what fits and what needs major mods. For instance, to shorten axles to match the rears, is that a...

    Coutn me in!

hey thanks for the comp spencurai. I couldnt find where to change pavement to dirt though, maybe greg knows. At times I wish I was driving on pavement though. After the susp lift, the front end is incredibley hard and jolting and makes me wish I didnt do the IFS lift at all and gone straight to...

    Coutn me in!

Hey. I may be only Isuzu Rodeo dude on this forum, so be nice!! :) Actually, its a 92 with Chev gear (stock). 3.1 V6, 10 bolt chev corp rear. I gave it a 3" body lift, then around a 3 1/2" susp lift with various parts, including the Calmini control arms up front, a re-arched add-a-leaf in the...

92 Isuzu Rodeo Front Solid Axle Conversion

Greetings! I have a 1992 Rodeo 4x with the V6 and 5 spd. I just did the 3" body lift and about a 3 1/2" susp lift and....I hate it!! I hate the way the front IFS is now. The whole idea of raising the ride height is geometrically wrong, and those who talked me into it are not seeing the "truth"...
