Tore the left upper bracket clean off just above the axle welds. On this Jeep the upper left control arm and the track bar use the same bracket. Not fun driving home with a ratchet strap for the track bar... I can weld the old one back on, but thats not going to cure the weak link. Anyone...

06 LJ, 5.13s and 35s. By the charts I have found, it looks like I need a 41 tooth gear, althouth some have indicated 38 and 39. Anyone running this gear/tire setup remember what worked for you? Any place around Salt Lake stock Jeep speedomter pinions? Thanks!

Does the steering shaft of a jeep wrangler YJ have a slip joint? Took mine out when changing columns and it does not slide (two piece but rusted I assume). I thought they did. Did I remember this wrong?
