    are you willing to trust it? if there is any question in mind I would suggest getting thicker stuff. Wouldn't want things to fall apart after you do all that work on it.

    I've looked at a few that have made the swap and they either bend the drag link or put on a high-steer? The problem is that it looks like if the drag link is left straight it will hit the leaf spring? just what it seams like.

    I had the same problem in my cherokee with the 2.5 so after playing with all the timing and everything like that. found out that the carb was bad. so I replaced that and it only fixed it for a little while then it started to do it again, The timing chain had been replaced which again fixed it...
