Well, I haven't gotten it flexed out since they were built. I've seen both single piece and two piece rock sliders before. I've never noticed any separate flex between the bed and the cab, but I thought it'd be a good idea. Just to be safe.

Ok, so I just looked up my what gears my transmission has, and first is 2.80, my transfer case is 4.2, and my axle gearing is 4.10 so I go 2.8X4.2X4.1= 48.216 to 1 did i do that right? if so, is that a pretty good ratio? EDIT: Ok, i just saw the link in the post before this one...

well, i was down in moab for the 07 EJS. i did elephant hill on saturday, and received minor damage. i found out that my tires hit my fenders when braking and turning at the same time or while flexed ant turning. i didn't take the time to fix it, and on the switch backs, one of the self tapping...

i had to drive a v-dub deisel while my truck was layed up. It was peppy, and a stick shift, so it was fun to drive. does burnouts like nobody's business. but, i got under the hood to check out the engine. had one of them lame german engine plastic covers. got that off, got looking at the engine...
