03 Chevy radio install?

I need to install a radio in an 03 Chev Silverado. I know I need a face plate adopter and harness/pig tail, but what about door chimes and all that other crap.

Thanks, I have allready been there done that. Even called the tech line to see if that thing is just for the warning chimes or if it dose something more. All they can tell me is they recommend using it. So at this point I am going to install the aftermarket radio and module, just to be safe.
