09 Toyota E-locking diff

I have a 3rd member out of a 2009 tacoma I would like to sell. the locker works, eveything seams ok except the side bearing adjuster stripped out (big side) and ring gear has some missing teeth which is why it was repalced. had 115k on truck. would like to sell fast. would reccomend new bearings with gears.

Talked with Kurt at 12 noon, he has first dibs, just waiting to hear back from him. you guys are in line but should know tomorrow, sorry I didn't update my day got pretty crazy at work.

More info, the motor is on it, and does work (checked before removed) the "adjuster nut" as toyota calls it, is $20 threw toyota. ITS JUST THE NUT, the threads on the housing are fine. its a complete third member.
