I know this sounds stupid but I can't find anyone to sell me a 100 amp inline fuse for my power inverter/winch posative line.

It makes me nervouse not haveing the thing fused close to the battery. If the insulation was breached it would be a fireworks show with 8 gage wire.

Anyone know where I can get one and what types are out there?

Yea, thats true, or three thirty's etc... It would just be easier to use one. I have an aftermarket fuse block for rgular two prong fuzes but the bigest fuse you can get in that size is 30 amp's. I guess that may be the best way to go. Ill just mount that block next to the battery and call it good. The only problem is that it doesn't have a cover so it would be bad to get it wet. Ill just have to look at it.
