i have 12" foa coilovers on my rig and i'm swapping to coils. these have about 10k miles and mostly around town driving. spring rates for the coils is a 10" 200 lb spring and a 14" 250 lb spring. these work great just going to coils. call me or text me 450 OBO @ 801 928 9070
