Swap in a modern diesel and drivetrain and make it a tow rig.

Ads got incorrect info, its a '42-'45 Chevy G506 Military 1 1/2 ton 4x4. Probably surplussed out to the roads dept. and fitted with the plow after the war.
They did this with half tracks as well, S.L. County had 18 of them. Man, still a cool truck after all that. I have a front clip to one and running boards if anyone is interested. Sold the cab to Ben Hanks bro, he made a sweet rat rod with it.

Thats funny some guys up my street bought that. I try to check it out when I drop the kids off at school. I thought it was a Power Wagon though.
