Hey guys.

Starting back up on this project. I started this a few years ago but then I bought a piece of crap house and had to spend the last two years remodeling it.
Anyway.....I'm back to work on it so here's some picks and I have some questions because I'm really only 1/3 qualified to be taking on a project like this.

Cummins experts.......you're advice will be greatly appreciated. This is really my first time working on a diesel.

I will catch you guys up on all the previous work I did on the truck (and donor parts truck/engine rebuild). For now. I have just fabricated the motor mounts (Version #2, version #1 sucked) and mounted the engine in the frame. Tomorrow I will build a transmission mount and begin fabricating the core support and intercooler.

Here's a few shots of the motor mounts.

Quick vid of cutting the brackets. Arc Droids are cool!
Everyone likes a welding video.

I'm still trying to figure out the videos.

Anyway... Here are some more pics. I've made a little more progress. I was planning on going to hydroboost brakes already, I'm glad I did because it fits right in behind the intake horn just nicely. I also built up a wacky bracket to mount the dodge master cylinder for the clutch.
I also reinstalled the new body mounts that I removed during revision #1 of the front suspension.... I was dumb enough to order one correct one and one incorrect one so I had to take the plasma cutter to even them out.....I swear half of my time is me working against myself.

.......Also built a front crossmember and put on a super cool Lund Visor I found in the back corners of the internet.

.........and now I'm doing some serious head scratching over the core support/radiator/intercooler..... I think I have it figured out though.

Here's a few photos.
