Hi all ,

I have this one old/good '85 toyota 4 cylinder truck (22R) sitting in the garage....over the winter and now it won't start...
I replace the battery and starter and changed the oil.. but the thing won't start... now the tires are starting to go flat on me... what other parts do i need to check to start this bad boy up... it was working fine six months ago..

after many tests, it turned out that there were no sparks....
So I took the coil to a near by auto shop and they tested, that tested out fine however tomorrow i'm gonna get the igniter test by toyota see if that's the problem...

Any sugestions if that igniter also tests out fine as to what I need to test out next? Dame,,,,they don't do test for the igniter when its out of the car.....

so far,

No Sparks
Feul is ok
Coil tested out ok
Igniter (unsure)
Battery is ok (new) no connection or wire problems there
New spark plugs and wires (so no problems there)
My pa said it might be the timing but how could that be?
Distributor looks clean and dry.

If anyone could help me out, It would be greatly appreciated....
