I am moving to NC and I need to sell this T4R asap. I was told by a fellow coworker that someone might be intrested on here. I don't know his screenname, but that's how I came to make this post on your forum.
I am only the second owner of this truck and its in very good condition. Everything works. The only issues with this T4R is that it needs a mufffler and it has an oil leak that Im pretty sure is the passenger side valve cover gasket. I dont have time to fix either one since I am focusing on moving. I recently rebuilt the motor because of a blown head gasket from last winter. Here is a list of everything that I have done to this truck:
Both cylinder heads completely rebuilt by Gordon Johnson Racing
All top end gaskets replaced
New head bolts
New knock sensor
New timing belt
New timing belt tensioner
New water pump
New thermostat, 180* instead of 195* to avoid blown head gasket
New rear main seal
New clutch
New throw out bearing
New pilot bearing
New brakes
New ignition cap
New ignition rotor
New ignition wires
New NGK spark plugs
New air filter
A/C newly charged
Oil changed every 3,000 miles
2" Spacer in the rear to remove the rear end sag.
I drive this truck on a daily basis, so the mileage will go up. But my loss is another man's gain. She runs very strong since the rebuild and she passed a compression test and leak down test with flying colors. She also passed safty and emssions with flying colors. I have put only 5,000 miles on the rebuild and that included a trip to the grand canyon and back. I would not hesitate to drive this T4R over a long distance. Since Im in a pinch Im willing to negotiate on price, so feel free to give me a call or text and come by and take her for a spin.
