1996 ford powerstroke pcm?

Anyone know some one that would have one? Or a good place to get it fixed? Mine is toast..

Not doubting you, but are you sure it is the ECM? I have worked on several and unless you fried it troubleshooting somehow, I have found the IDM to usually fail before the ECM.Just my personal experience.

I took it to my buddy at ford and im not sure what he did to find out it is the pcm?

Cool, atleast you had buddy at Ford check it out. They are hard to diagnose. There are a few separate computer modules in there and if you don't know what you are doing, one can fool you into thinking the wrong one is bad. It also takes a special scanner or the software to pull the individual module codes. The normal OBDII reader will not get them.
