22RE engine swap help (who needs work)

Hey my buddy in Draper wants to switch out his engine in his toy. its a 93 22RE with 160,000. Where would be a good place to get a newer motor (pain free swap) and have someone swap it. As usual we are going for cheap here so keep that in mind. i guess we better change the clutch while we have it apart too. Im in NC so i will have to work over the board with whoever does it.

If and when he finds the motor, I would give the swap a go, there are plenty of reman engine places, they also will do the swap not just sell the cherry
or he can go here:http://www.wildyoats.com/promachine.htm, they seem to have it goin on, as far as what I have read. I drive a non 22r toy, so I dunno first hand...............

The cheapest would be if he called one of the Japanese engine exchange places. They also install them and they are under 50,000 miles.
