79 Ford F-250 Springs

Question for all you Ford guys,

We are in the process of rebuilding a 79 F-250 4X4 to use as a tow rig. We were going to leave the suspension stock but----- one of our friends dropped by the shop and left us a set of front springs from a 76 F-250 (one of the high ones). It looks like these will fit in the front of the 79 ( I just eyeballed it, no measurements yet) but the rear springs from the 76 were narrower than the rears in the 79.
If the fronts will work, what rears would we need to level it out? Do we need to go custom, or is there something factory?

BTW great page for us Utah guys. Thanks.

depending on the amount of lift from the front springs, you may just want to do a shackle flip in the rear...

Sky-manufacturing has them for the fords...adds about 4"
