92 Jeep Cherokee. Its pretty clean for a project but it has been sitting
for a few years.
244000 miles on the clock but the engine has been swapped at some point.

Does run but the fuel pump died as we were moving it.

Has a 5ish inch short arm lift

Stock D30/8.25 3.55 gears and the rear is welded

Recentered H1 double beadlocks (5x5.5 and the stock axles have adapters) on
surplus 36 inch goodyears.

RE radius style long arms. All that would be needed to run these is a
crossmember.

RE HD track bar and brace

HD winch bumper and rear bumper

Rock sliders

I've still got this guy. My buddy says to drop the price to $2k with all the parts. If someone wanted a bit of a project that would be $4k for the XJ and my 1 tons. Wouldn't take much work to have a 1 ton XJ on the trail.

Non-running/driving projects are tough to sell. If he really wants to move it he should put in a fuel pump so people can drive it. Just my (completely unsolicited) 2 cents 👍

Nope you're totally right. He's in the middle of getting situated after a move and a new career so sending parts hasn't been the priority.
