hey guys. I've got a problem :/

I bought a 95 Jeep Sahara with the straight 6 in it about a week ago. its got 142k on it with all fluids drained and new put back in. ive grew up around 4x4's all my life and cant figure this one out.

when i get on the gas going down the highway and hit about 65 it starts cutting out on me. the rpms don't want to stay up and it seems to want to die. i had to put a new clutch in it already (stock from 95). I've put a new fuel filter on it as well as a k/n air filter. I'm trying to avoid putting a fuel pump in it but I've got a feeling that's what it is.

any other ideas on what it could be before I go out and buy a new pump?

this is my first jeep. I just sold a cummins and had a powerstroke before that. even owned a couple of suszuki samurai's. But being in the military there isnt a reason for me to have a truck like that.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what the fuel pressure does when it cuts out. If the pressure stays up when it cuts out you can usually eliminate the fuel pump.
