I have an axle that has been re-geared to 4.10, however the pinion bearing is shot causing damage to the pinion and ring. It has a Trac Lok LS that was completely gone through less than 5000 miles ago. All diff bearing were replaced when re-geared as well. I will take the first $100 OBO, I paid more than that for the trac lok/rebuild alone.

Maybe I overestimated the value of this. This is a great upgrade for a D35 in any XJ, for the cost of a re-grear. Give me any offers I hate to take it to the landfill.

Yes its complete and it has a rebuilt trac lok that works great. make it $40 and its yours. Other wise i am trearing it down to sell the trac lok seperatly.

$40 is a good price for a straight housing with good axles. I will keep you posted.

The trac loc replaces the carrier so it requires all the same work as a regear.
