A couple Cruiser builds

So I have a '71 FJ55 and a '77 FJ40 and thought I would start a small thread on their builds together.I've had the 55 about a year and a half and the 40 about 10 months,both were scavenger finds that turned out to be pretty good trucks.I've done some work on each of them,but they both have a long way to go.Since I am starting a little late with the thread,I will just pick up where I am now with them.Thanks for the killer forum! I built some sliders a few weeks ago and now I could really use a tire carrier and extra fuel storage.I picked up some spindles from IPOR and got to work.This is what I was able to scrap together.I think it will work out nicely.Looking for a draw latch to hold everything down.Anyone know of a local latch supplier?Grainger may be where I check first.

Finished the rear bumper,zerked the spindles,and mounted the De sta co latch to hold everything down tight.The 40 also got a stereo for Christmas but needed some speakers.Had a couple of old KC's layin around,so I fitted them with some 5 1/2" speakers that I got at the DI,then mounted em to the rollbar. Now we are rockin"
