Any Peace Officers in West Valley?

Apparently I need a Peace Officer to verify the VIN on my new trailer before I can register it. Are any of you police officers near West Valley? Has anyone else had to do this?

I do it on a regular basis. Fill out the DMV forms required. Call police dispatch (non-emergency) they usually show within 15-30 min. They check the vin, sign your papers and off they go. Fairly simple.

When I had to request a vin verification the officer was here in about 6 minutes, living in a town where nothing really happens has its perks. As was mentioned, call the police dispatch number and ask them to send an officer over.

When I registered my trailer, I went to the DMV just north of 3300s and the didn't go out and inspect my vin at all, which is kinda good since I don't have a clue where it is on the trailer. Maybe the lady just didn't care and I got lucky.
