anyone do home inspections?

My Girlfriend is buying a condo in the rose park area as a rental property and we want to get it inspected.

Does anyone here do inspections or have someone to recommend?

I have never found anybody worth 2 sh!ts. Always somebody that doesn't know anything, but has a light socket tester. I want that holmes homes guy to do my home inspection and let me sort through it all

I saw one done the other day that impressed me.. He even had a infrared detector that found a water leak in the wall that hadn't been showing any signs of water yet..

My guy is pretty good. Pointed out 10 things I wouldn't have seen in about every home I paid him to look at.
