Have any of you used a ready welder with the spool gun? If so how do they compare with the underhood hard mount type? I am just wondering. I am thinking about selling my hard mount to get a ready welder. Want to know if they are any good.

don't have a whole lot of time in with a hard mounted one, but I really like my ready welder.

I've used one and will probably buy one when I start buying 'peripherals' for the YJ. I don't think I'd have it replace my Hobart, though (tough to find 220 on the trail ).
