Anyone make highline/Arch Tube fenders locally?

Does anyone make highline style tube fenders locally in Utah? I really like the metal cloak arch fenders and was looking at doing a no to low-sub 3" lift with 35's. My goal is 35's. Currently, my new to me jeep is on 33's and some type of lift. To me, it looks like I can run 35's on it currently. I really know nothing about this jeep until about early August. I've attached a picture. The GF says its taller than my YJ w/33's and a 4" lift.
Let me know what you think...

The pictures below show what I'm looking for. I don't know if anyone knows this jeep or who made these. The guy said that they were custom made. Let me know if anyone can pull these off or replicas of Metalcloak Arch Fenders.
