ARB compressor and lockers question

Is it going to to be safe/okay to keep a rig that has lockers (arb compressor) outside 24/7? I am afraid it may be too cold and something will freeze.

I've never has a problem with mine... and it has seen some cold days...

I've never heard of that either......I know people that run around all winter with their rigs outside and never had a problem.
