Hmmm, I wonder what the story is there. I think the previous owner is here on RME, I know for a fact some of his friends are. I've heard things didn't end up well between him and the shop that did the work and that seems to be the case if this thing is sitting at a constable auction. Bummer it didn't work out for either party.

Didn't the shop have this listed on KSL for a while? Or am I thinking of a different truck?

I'd love to have this. Probably not quite enough room for the family, but we'd figure something out.

Wow that thing is cool! I wonder how much it weighs now. Looks like it could get pretty tippy

The old owner has a budget to buy it back that is more than it worth in my opinion. it also looks okay from 10 feet however the work is less than quality..

Looks like it was done at Fat Bob's Garage in Layton. Wonder if its down there. I could take a look at it

I went and looked at this when Fat Bob's had it listed on ksl. The story I heard was there was an astronomical bill over 10K that needed to be paid on it. The pictures do it a lot of justice and it would need a complete new interior.

I have driven it... Not very impressed.. The oil pan is about 2 inches from hitting the tie rod, most welds look like they are pill bugs and have no penetration, there is wire everywhere, the trans tunnel looks like it was welded by batteries.. a lot of money in parts but poor construction.. The original owner is prepared to pay to get it back also...
