So my Yellow top Pro Comp battery took a crap on me, it is about 2.5 years old. I called the shop I bought it from, it was $118.00 when I bought it new, and a replacement battery is NOW $210.00! What a jump! So when they tell me tomarrow that they will prorate this at 50% off my next battery (warrenty), I will pay as much for the next one as I did for this one new !

These Gel Cell battery's don't hold up for sh!t do they?? This is my third gone bad.

I have had both and have had both fail. This one is a Pro Comp. It just will not hold a full charge, my buggy has been cranking slow for about 6 month or so, and I have been worried that the starter was failing. Alt is putting out a steady 14.3 Volts so I am sure its the battery. Put in a new Battery and it cranks right over now.

Try one of the chargers with a dry cell setting or try charging the dry cell with a regular battery.
