1988 YJ. I'm looking for form, function, and price. Has to be able to hold a 37" spare on a 15" rim. Any suggestions?

When it comes to bumpers...You get what you pay for. There are quite a few companies that offer swing/bumper combos and they usually run anywhere from $500 on up. It really depends what your looking for.

Give me a call or stop by the shop and I'll show you some options :)

when you look for one.. make sure to check out how the swing arm is locked..
I hav a bumper with a tire carrier from waren.. its a good set up but i dont like the way the tire swing locks.. the tube has a spring loaded pin to pull up to release and hold.. the backing metal bends with the bouncing motion of the carrier on the jeep.. its only a piece of steel bent to hold the bar in place with no gussets or ends on them so they bend out and it will let the tire swing free...
I bought mine from central 4x4.. in calif

also if you want to add a rack to it make sure there is enough clearence for the tire to swing free.. I run 33" tires on my rig 33"x 12.50 and have a full spare..

if you need some more help just ask..
