Frank White is the OHV rep. 801-298-8288/frank.white@atkusa.net I have tried for four years to get on as have 4 others I could name but all have been turned down each time. They want college educated business owners from all I have seen. Sherry Foot, the BLM person in charge of nominations, is easy to talk to and very informative. You have to watch their web site and talk to Frank White to find out when the next meetings will be as they skip around a lot. The public is invited to these meetings but you have to get one of the board members to add you to the agenda at the end to make a statement.​
