ARR rust!!! trying to loosen cab mount bolt on front passenger side and snap, bolt brakes. about half an inch is showing. the bushing cup is removed out of the way. a lot of rust. i dont think an easy out would work. i've been soaking with wd40 and pb blaster for a week. then i cleaned it and tried to weld a nut on but it wont stick. any suggestions or tips on how i can get it out? vehicle is a 1986 GMC k1500.
thanks

If its the one under the floor...

I cut the floor inside the cab on my trucks, that allows you to get the factory nut block out, remove bolt, reinstall, and reweld the floor back together.

Measure twice cut once, its really not that bad.
