Bushing ?'s

I recently installed a set of 63" Chevies in my Toy. I made my own bushings out of delrin and the suspension is really unforgiving. My shackles won't move one bit, so I think I am loosing some flex due to the bushings. Do poly bushings give a little or are they stiff like the delrin bushings or should I find some stock rubber bushings? I guess I could also go and get a Johny joint for the rear and keep the Delrin ones. Any sugestions?

Got to ask if you tightened down the bolts too much...

No they are pretty loose. You can spin them by hand.

Delrin is really hard. Poly is slightly less hard, but nowhere near as nice as rubber. I still don't see how that would lock up your shackles though. Unless the holes weren't straight or something and it all was binding...
