Any other reports on how it went? Attendance? Accomplishments?

I was there. There were some good talking points discussed, however it seems that whenever politicians take the mic in front of a crowd they have something else to discuss. Education, immigration, etc all got tossed into the mix.

I'll second the audio issues, standing at the back all you could hear was a "whaaa whaaa whaaah wha whaaa" due to the echoes.

Ya the sound sucked, but good to see some support. Good to see old friends and meet new ones.

audio/echo reminded me of Forrest Gump at the monument when the mic was cut, and all you hear is "and thats all I have to say about that" then the crowd cheers. glad to see some support but I agree with previous posts. as far as the education issue, that does help our cause, because land lease money goes towards education and it gives more issue to not making our public lands a monument because it would cut an already underfunded school budget.
