Cheap tire mount and balance

Can anyone help me with finding an inexpensive spot to get tires mounted and balanced in the SL valley. Used to have a few spots at around 10-12 bucks each but they are now gone. Any help would be much appreciated

The Wheel Campfire guy on 5600W, think it's about 2200S? He also sells used wheels and tires, and he'll mount and balance anything you bring him. I think he charged me around $10 last time I needed a tire mounted.
