Had a question for you all. I have a 90 xj and was wondering what's the differences in exhaust manifolds and headers throughout the years? I noticed that some vendors only sell some for the 90 plus years and some have two kinds offered for an xj depending on the year. Are the blocks different or can I bolt up a newer manifold to my 90 block? I know they did the high output engine change around my time but did this affect the exhaust at all?

The head bolts are the same, but the HO intakes are different. The O2 and EGR sensors are the main points of concern. I have read on the NAXJA site that people have made them work, but I have not seen it in person nor have I seen any pics to confirm it can be done.
