Not likely. Most suwa members are in Oregon, Connecticut, Pennsylvania or DC.

@jeeper and I were talking this past weekend. A person might also contribute to civil disobedience by forgetting to pay at a dispersed BLM campsite and upon remembering, send that amount of money to BRC. We are all getting up there in years. Where are my keys now?
