I used to get my account suspended all the time for that. They'd unfreeze it, but I'd have to ***** and complain first. It was kind of fun, actually.

edit - I don't use nowhere near that much... but where will this end? Comcast apparently can't keep up with demand.

While I don't agree with the cap, I do agree with them setting something in stone instead of changing the rules to suit themselves, when they feal like it.

Now let's see if they will be truthful with the new cap...
