I have seen a table top computer on CSI: Miami before, so that's not real new, but pretty cool stuff. Like to see something like that for controlling the Satellite TV menu. It would be nice to be able to watch a show and search the menu for upcoming shows without blocking the screen.

just think no more patch cables for cameras and phones....

now if they could just make my cj7 dash do all that... where I can touch a spot and have the tach show up or the gas gauge... or even better... touch a spot and have the timing come up so you can adjust it on the fly...

But you know that when this happens they will also do away with the stick to move the transfer case from 2hi to 4low... it will all go away...

I am almost sure you could "voice activate" your 4x4 now, if you wanted too and had the $$$. But then, how do you fix that on the trail? The dash board idea is pretty cool though, I believe we will see more of that in the future...
