Cricket Mountain

Has anyone explored Cricket Mountain in between Delta and Milford? I drove past there a couple of times and wanted to learn more about it.

Is it only for ATVs and OHVs? Can Jeeps and other off road'ers partake?

Ive been thru most of the trails on the south end of them with my jeep.
There mostly just dirt roads. But there is a few with some good scenery.
