The link to the faq is broken... Is this something I should worry about with my '03?
No 03 owners have nothing to worry about. I'll try and fix the prob.

We had a guy at work that had one crack, I think his was a 1999. Not sure if it was a 53 block. Dealer fixed it, it had like 65,000 mi on it.

well, I'm in the club too. That sucks. I'm not sure where to look for a coolant leak but I am a bit low on coolant....thats awesome.

on what kind of vehicle?
:(

Mine is a 99 Dodge 2500. 155k miles. I've never smelled coolant burning, although last summer it was running hot towing out of moab--but in 100* weather on a long climb I didn't expect much less.

I'm low on coolant, but when I had my oil changed last they said my radiator cap didn't pressurize enought to be able to pass inspection. I think that may have something to do with my coolant being low--that and a years worth of evaporation.
