There are several possible reasons... the most probable is that you don't have the browser plug in. Stupid Videos.com is a messy glob of a web site. If you're at work the site might be filtered.
The link I gave is the actual link that the web page uses for the embeded video, however it uses the actual ip instead of the name... in other words your DNS lookup may not be happy atm.
