summit is prolly your best bet (for price and availability) I agree with the weld an open carrier though...there's no reason that should be your weak link (unless your welding isn't up to par).

I've run a welded carrier in more than one competition and haven't ever broken it. They're strong, if you weld them well.

I've got one in the garage, but it's labeled for someone else. If you can order one PDQ and get it on it's way, I bet we could work something out. (I'll have to talk to the other party to make sure that's OK, though.)
