True... But you would have to run it practically the entire length - what 4' or so? It would be easier to just fix the t-case issue to keep the exhaust where it's at now.

You would only need it over the muffler and cat. The rest of the pipe would be plenty far away.

Check pirate, there is a guy who did it there. I do not recall what axles he ran, but I think they were Chevys... :-\

I will check pirate. I don't care if I have to cut up the floor and stuff. What about the heat wrap stuff they sell? That would probably work.
Also, The new adapters have a new shaft for the conversion. Is that really needed?
