dana 60. 15 inch rim work????

I need to know if i can get a 15 inch wheel to work on a dana 60 rear axle with drum brakes. and i need to know if it will work on a 3/4ton dana44. any help would be appreciated! i have got a major dilema!!!!!!!!

yes on the rear, front you will have to grind a little. My answer is for standard backspacing wheels, which is around 4". you can get less backspacing, like 2.5" and you won't need to grind.

so the inside of the rim is what causes the problems. what needs to be ground on the front. just a backing plate or the caliper.

just a tiny bit of the backing plate, and about 1/8" off the top of the caliper.

that is so much help!!!!! now i just need some cheap 15 inch 8 lugs.


it is cool to grind on the caliper though. i guess i won't have to take off a ton of metal. never mind
