Different tire depth, Quadratrack q's

I recently bought a Grand Cherokee 2004 overland with quadratrack. My question is, as all the tires are the same model/size. The P.O. rotated in the spare as it has never been used and the badly cupping tire became the spare.

Is there a problem, as there would be with a Subaru, if there is a different tread depth to run these tires?

If yes, Should I run out and buy new tires immediately?

Thanks,

Are they just a mild all-season tread design? All tires have the same pressure? I don't think the Jeep's sensors are anywhere near as sensitive as the Subaru/Mitsubishi AWD cars, so it should be fine. Keep in mind that you have more bias when simply turning than you do with a few mm difference in rotation when driving straight, so I would think Jeep had this in mind.

Thanks man, I checked with the dealer too. I read another forum where people were flipping out about it. I couldn't think of how this could be totally true. There are clutches for a reason.
