Disc brake bracket ????'s

Just wondering if anybody could answer some dimension ?'s on the attached disc brackets for a 14FF

for the questions on the holes-

top question- if it is for a chevy caliper, I believe its 3/8 24(fine thread)

bottom question- if for a 14 bolt, 1/2 holes
