Dodge factory trailer plug

I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 with the factory trailer plug. The hot all the time position in the plug in is dead. Any ideas. I checked the trailer fuse in the power box and it is good.

Thanks

one of the terminals is hot all the time? I didn't know this, is it for charging a battery on the trailer? Which terminal is it? I'm having issues with my wiring.

I am assuming one is hot all the time. The previous owner had a plug installed in the bed for a gooseneck. He pulled a travel trailer. Dodge uses this goofy plug in the rear that plugs into the actual trailer plug. This makes it hard to trace the wire to the upper right prong on the plug. I am about ready to cut that plug off and wire a conventional outlet on it.

I found it. There was a corroded wire where the gooseneck circuit was tapped off. Those cheesy clamp on side-by-side connectors don't take water very will.
