Dodge Truck Speedometer

I have a 2001 Dodge Diesel truck, I have put 285/75/26 tires on it and now my speedo is off. Does anyone have a hypertech programmer or know of a shop or dealership that can reprogram my computer to be correct? I have heard of others having mixed luck at dealerships, some do it, and others say they can not. Any input would be great.

Doug Smith does, or at least did when I talked to them about it last year.

Seems like they wanted $35 but I'm not sure
