does my trailer need fenders?

well the problem is my trailer deck is too skinny. i used to take off my wheelspacers every trip to put it on the trailer, that got old fast! so i cut off the rails of course. well i still rub against the fenders every now and again and it makes me wonder if i need to have them on there. i know i have seen trailers without.
man i wish i would have just bought a different trailer but for barely wider it was a lot more expensive and i didn't need it :ugh:
plus it all sits in the garage now, so it would be a tight fit anyway.

Yes you are supposed to have fenders.... make some that you can drive over.

what he said...if you are worried about them bend some tube up so you can drive over them. Not to mention without them you wil have a mess on your rig (or anything that goes on your trailer) anytime you tow it. On my trailer they are 83" between the fenders so I could barely squeeze my buggy between them. Not that big of a deal, if I was any wider I would have built them to be driven on.
